Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Collectsy account and all associated data at any time.

From inside the app (fastest)

1. Open Collectsy and go to Settings → Delete account.
2. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app

Email info@collectsyapp.com from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership and remove your account.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it, including:

• Your profile (display name, handle, bio, avatar)
• Your collection, wishlist, duplicates, and notes
• Trade requests you've sent or received in Exchange
• People you follow and your follower relationships
• Reports and blocks you've submitted
• Your in-app settings and notification preferences
• Your push notification token
• Your XP, levels, titles, and milestones

What this does not do

Deleting your account does not cancel an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so if you have an active Collectsy Pro subscription you should cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store.

Retention

Account data is deleted immediately on request. Residual copies may persist for a short period in routine encrypted backups and standard server logs before being overwritten in the normal course of operation.
