Making and running a club
What you set up front, what you can change, and the ways out.
Updated September 2026
Making and running a club is Pro. You can run three at once. Joining is free for everyone.
When you make one, you set
- The name. It's yours if nobody has taken it
- One or more characters, or nothing. Tied to characters, the club's feed only shows those characters. Tied to nothing, it shows everything members pull
- A description
- Open, or request to join
Running it
You can change the description, the club image and who can join, pin a message, hide posts from the board, remove members, and approve or decline join requests.
A removed member can ask to come back after 30 days, and always as a request, even in an open club. A declined request isn't announced to anyone, and it carries the same 30-day wait.
If you cancel Pro, your clubs stay yours and keep going for their members, but you can't change them, approve requests, remove people, hide posts or close them until you're Pro again. You can still hand one over or delete it. You can't create new ones.
Ways out of a club you run
- Hand it to a member, who becomes the new owner. They need a free slot of their own, since three is the cap for everyone
- Close it: no new posts, everything stays readable
- Delete it: members see it as closed, and the board goes with it. You have seven days to change your mind, and the name stays yours until that runs out
