What the Exchange is, and what it isn't
It finds you people to trade with. It does not handle the trade.

The Exchange finds you people to trade with. It doesn't handle the trade.
Collectsy knows what's on your shelf, your wishlist, and what you've got spare. The Exchange matches those across the collectors you follow: who has a spare of a figure you want, and who wants one of your spares.
It isn't a shop. Nothing is sold through Collectsy, I take no cut, and money never passes through the app.
It isn't escrow. I don't hold figures, don't ship them, and can't recover them.
Contact opens the item link on the other collector's listing if there is one, and their own trade link otherwise. Everything after that happens between the two of you.
Who can do what: anyone can browse listings on the Exchange, save them, and contact the lister. Pro is needed to list your own figures, mark them sold, send a request or offer, and see the matching: perfect matches, what's available in your circle, and who wants your duplicates.
If someone behaves badly, report them and I'll deal with the account. I can't reverse a trade, because it never went through me.
