Your shelf and how to add figures
Adding what you own, duplicates, and your free series.

Your shelf is everything you own. It's the first tab in the app and it's the part everything else is built on.
Adding a figure
Tap Add a figure, pick the character and the series, and pick the figure you got.
If you know exactly what you pulled, that's the whole job. If you're not sure which one it is, the catalogue has pictures of every figure in the series, so you can match it by eye, unless spoiler mode is on.
Once it's on your shelf it counts towards that series, and your progress updates straight away.
Opening a few at once
You do not have to add them one at a time. Keep picking figures, across series and characters if you opened a mix, and nothing is added until you tap Add to shelf. Beside it, the tray counts what you have picked and shows the XP it is worth.
Picked something by mistake? Tap the minus on its row to take it off the list. If you close the sheet with figures still picked, Collectsy asks first rather than quietly throwing them away.
It is quicker too: one reveal for the whole lot instead of sitting through one per figure.
Select all is there for a full case, and it skips two things on purpose. It leaves out figures already on your shelf, and it leaves out the secret. Pulling a secret is the rare one, so it stays a deliberate tap rather than something you sweep up by accident.
If you got a duplicate
Open the figure and log the extra copy there. Collectsy shows it as a duplicate rather than pretending you own two different figures, and duplicates are what the Exchange uses to find you a swap.
If the figure isn't in the catalogue
It happens, especially with brand new releases and anything region-specific. There's an article on what to do.
Your free series
Owning a figure from a series counts that series towards your total. On the free plan you can own figures in twelve at once, and wishlist from 50 series you don't own anything from yet. I count those two separately.
Counting by series is what makes progress work. It's how Collectsy knows to tell you that you're two figures off a complete set rather than just holding a pile of figures.
