Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using Collectsy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Collectsy. If you live in a country where a higher age of digital consent applies (for example, 16 in parts of the European Union, including the Netherlands), you may only use the app once you reach that age or with the consent of a parent or guardian. By using Collectsy you confirm that you meet these requirements.

What Collectsy is

Collectsy is an unofficial fan-made tracking tool for blind box and designer figure collections. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pop Mart International Group or any other toy manufacturer or brand.

Intellectual property

All character names, artwork, and trademarks (including Hirono, Nyota, Pucky, Crybaby, and others) are the property of their respective owners. Figure images displayed in the app are derived from publicly available product images and are hosted by us solely to help you identify and track figures. All such images remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Collectsy does not claim ownership of any character, figure, or brand imagery. If you are a rights holder and believe content should be removed, contact us at info@collectsyapp.com.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, harasses other users, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Community conduct

You can report or block other collectors at any time. We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that harass others, post inappropriate content, attempt to scam other users, or otherwise break these terms.

Trading and Exchange

Collectsy helps you discover trade matches with other collectors, but all trades happen off-platform. We do not handle payment, shipping, escrow, or dispute resolution, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any trade you arrange. Trade carefully and only with people you trust.

Collectsy Pro

Collectsy Pro unlocks additional features. It is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, or as a one-time "lifetime" purchase. Purchases are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their billing terms. Refunds are handled by the relevant app store.

"Lifetime" means access for as long as Collectsy remains operational as a service — it is tied to the life of the app, not the lifetime of the purchaser. It does not guarantee that the app or any individual feature will be available indefinitely.

Features available under Pro are subject to change. We will not remove features that are actively in use without reasonable notice.

We may discontinue Collectsy or any part of the service at any time. If we do, we will give Pro users reasonable advance notice where practical (we aim for at least 30 days) and keep collection export available during that period so you can retain your data. Any refunds remain subject to the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Subscriptions and purchases

Collectsy Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription and as a one-time purchase:

Prices are shown in euro (EUR). The equivalent price in your local currency and region is set by the App Store or Google Play for each territory and may differ from the amounts above.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew at any time in your account settings after purchase — on iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trials are subject to store eligibility rules and are offered at most once per store account.

Prices include taxes where applicable and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by Collectsy.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services. Because Collectsy Pro gives you immediate access to digital features, by completing your purchase you expressly request that the service begins immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided. This does not affect any refund you may be entitled to under the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play, which process all purchases and refunds.

No warranty

Collectsy is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that figure data will always be accurate or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Collectsy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
