Muting, reporting and removing
Three tools, three different scopes, and who can do what.

Three different things, three different scopes.
Muting is yours alone. Mute someone in a club and you stop seeing their posts in that club, and stop being notified about them. Nothing changes on their side and they're not told. It doesn't affect other clubs or the rest of the app.
Reporting a post comes to me, not to the club. I can hide it from everyone. Separately, whoever runs the club can hide any post in it while they're Pro, without a report and without involving me.
Reporting a person also comes to me. I act at account level, up to a ban from the whole app.
Removing is done by whoever runs the club. A removed member is out of that club and can ask to come back after 30 days. It doesn't touch their account or their other clubs.
Whoever runs a club can't see private information about members, can't act outside their club, and can't ban anyone from Collectsy. Only I can do that, and only through reports.
