Blocking
Account level, both directions, and how to undo it.

Blocking is account level. Block someone and:
- Neither of you can see the other's shelf, posts or pulls, or find each other anywhere in the app, including inside clubs you share
- They can't contact you through the Exchange
- They're not told
Blocking differs from muting: muting hides someone from you in one club, blocking removes you from each other everywhere. If either of you runs a club, the other can't open it at all.
Blocked collectors is in Settings, under account, then Privacy. Unblocking lets you find each other again, but any follows between you were removed by the block and have to be made again.
