Private profiles and Just me mode
Two separate switches, and what each one turns off.

Two separate switches.
Private profile means new followers have to be approved by you. Your shelf and wishlist are visible to followers you've accepted, and to nobody else. Anyone can still see your name and avatar. Your pulls can still show on Discover and in your clubs, but only followers you've accepted can react or comment on them.
Just me mode turns the social layer off entirely. You disappear from search, from feeds, from member lists and from the Exchange. Collectsy becomes a tracker only. While it's on you can't join clubs or put up listings, the Clubs tab isn't there, and anything you already listed stops being reachable.
Both are in Settings, under account, and both are reversible. Turning them off restores visibility; nothing is deleted while they're on.
